Flat hourly fee applies.
~ Design only service ~
Have your space professionally
designed and drafted by a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD), with up to 3 sets of revisions. You own the full set of installation
plans and can shop them for labor and material costs.
Design fee is based on complexity of project & may be fully
applied to Adelphi Kitchens Cabinetry, purchased through Atmoscaper Design. (minimum cabinetry purchase applies)
~ Full service design and project management ~
This service allows you take full advantage of my experience and
local contacts with suppliers and trades people who have proven themselves time and again to happy clients. I will design
your kitchen, bath or other spaces. Together, we choose the materials, down to the last detail. I will then gather estimates
from suppliers and trades people. Once the details are agreed, I act as your voice throughout the process to insure that all
that we have planned becomes your reality in the end.
Fee is based on a percentage of overall project cost.
